The Mad Hatter!

I collect multiple things not just sneakers So this week I plan to post some of my other hobby's. Here is just a teaser on what's to come, as well as a new pickup

So fresh so clean!

Last year I joined an adult basketball league with my coworkers and some of their friends. We did pretty well and took second, which was pretty good since we are all couch potatoes! When registration came around for the winter league, we submitted our forms an hour late and was denied! So after a nice long break we are back in, and I had to get some new gym shoes to add to my rotation! (FYI the best balling shoes ever are the Nike BB 1! I'll do a follow up review post later in the week)

So enter the Nike Lebron 8's! Great looking shoe, leather, color changing carbon, very comfy around the ankles, nice grip, great lockdown on the laces and very nice cushioning!

What time is it? ADVENTURE TIME!

I have no idea where my nephew got that saying, but Linda wanted to leave the house this past weekend and do something fun. Monterey, Santa Cruz and SF was out of the picture because of the Tsunami aftermath. So we ended up at the Flea Market. Alright don't get mad, but I never had a corn dog there. I heard so much good stuff about it, that I had to try it. And I wasn't disappointed! Mmmm cornbread batter.... After that we hit up the fruit and vegetable stands to get some papaya and tomatoes. Past the booths, you'll find a pistachio stand coated in various flavors. Damn these were soooooo good! Best one to get is the chile with lime and garlic. Don't sleep!

Nike Air Max 90 ID and Nike Kobe V Chaos

These were created right before they changed the options which is why the Nike Air symbol on the back is in a different color. The quality is really good, leather is butter, and overall a great product by Nike.









I think this is the craziest colorway I have ever owned! The colors change depending on how the lights hit it.

Lebron and Kobe, best BBall shoes in a while

Nike is has a killer combo with Kobe and Lebron in their corner. Both shoes have been flying of shelves especially the special editions. Side note, I hate that damn plastic sleeve that goes on the All Star edition. Other then that Nike did a great job on these two models in both looks and performance. Enjoy the pics:
